NDA Overview
Speed Up SharePoint is a California-registered sole proprietorship operated by Michael Harootoonyan, doing business as (DBA) “Speed Up SharePoint.” We provide advisory and consulting services and take the protection of confidential information seriously.
Purpose
The purpose of the Non-Disclosure Agreement is to protect non-public, confidential, or proprietary information exchanged during discussions, consultations, assessments, or advisory services.
Scope of Confidential Information
Confidential information may include, but is not limited to, SharePoint architectures, system configurations, performance data, security practices, business processes, documentation, credentials, and any materials identified as confidential.
Advisory-Only Relationship
The NDA applies solely to confidentiality obligations. It does not modify, expand, or replace the Terms & Conditions governing services. Speed Up SharePoint provides advisory services only and does not assume operational control, system ownership, or management responsibilities unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Use and Disclosure
Confidential information will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing consulting and advisory services. Disclosure to third parties will not occur except as required by law or with prior written consent.
